Started to apply to receive a prospectus as per the email they sent out to shareholders.
I was surprised to see that you have to commit to the $ amount you want to invest BEFORE you get to see the prospectus.
not sure if that’s even legal?
how can you decode to invest in an IPO without seeing the prospectus first?
