GoConnect Ltd has received advice from Priority One Network Group Ltd ("Priority One") that Priority One has officially appointed Security Transfer Registrars Pty Ltd ("STR") to act as the company's share registry. The engagement of STR as Priority One's share registry will involve the processing of all documentation and other on-going share registry services and in the future, transactions with regard to Priority One's proposed listing on Australian Securities Exchange or on any other securities exchange where relevant. Shareholder statements will be dispatched before end of January 2012 or earlier according to advice from STR.
