Interesting to see that the company have decided to terminate discussions with the private equity firm
The PE must have been trying to get a stupid price across the line, or the company now doesn't want to entertain the idea
An interesting few weeks coming up I would imagine
The intial announcement said multiple parties so will be interesting to see what develops
