You are far too harsh. This is not the "Fall of YPB", this is part of the company's fine tradition of doubling its share on issue every year. Since 2016 the number of shares on issue (adjusted for consolidations) has now increased by a factor of over 200 in just 8 years.
It's probably aiming for a place in Guinness Book of Records, as the most diluted listed company in the history of the world. It will be a proud moment for JH who has led the company throughout this fine achievement.
