Well of course it was oversubscribed. The share price was trading at 31c 2 weeks ago.
It was so oversubscribed that they never considered doing it at 25c for less dilution.
The companies name is Brainchip Ltd. It's a shame some of those directors didn't use their brains and do it at a more realistic price GIVEN it was so OVER SUBSCRIBED.
