What everyone needs to understand is the probability of getting filled at different prices in 24 hours for a stock with no profits and lots of competition with the largest companies in the world.
They needed 3m-4m
At 25c 0% chance of getting the money
24c 2% chance of getting the money
23c 10% chance of getting the money
22c 15% chance of getting the money
21c 30% chance of getting the money
20c 50% chance of getting the money
19c 75% chance of getting the money
18.5c 100% chance of getting 100% of the money
18c 100% chance of getting 125% of the money
And so on and so on.
A 25% discount with a company like Fosters was what was needed to make the deal a 100% chance of success with the hope of getting too much.
It had nothing to do with looking after friends.
Hope that clears everything up for everyone not happy with the successful CR.
