The good thing is it's tiny ($5M) vs their market cap (last at $185M), so there's minimal dilution, but it looks terrible and will hit the stock price for sure. Would've been so much better for them to do a rights offering at a much more reasonable discount and I'm sure they would've had plenty of takers.
