my main concern is newsflow.. if there was anything coming re: M4..why do this? The only reason you do this is because you expect serious delays / potential shareprice drift. Management has shown it's hand in my opinion. 18c is not off the cards in the coming days...and if you don't think Foster's prop'd this up today you need your head read.
