It is not unknown for companies whose shares that are about to be issued in Canada to receive a certain amount of downward pressure. However the company has just indicated it is looking at a resource upgrade, and will be shortly going ex distribution rights of its subsidiary (though I can't see the latter having a great deal of effect).
This is a great move - for the medium to long term definitely. Maybe some short term pressure?
