Wonder what they're up to - I'm guessing its the precursor to some corporate actions. It would be great to see them consolidate some of these areas and Canadian scrip may be of more interest to potential vendors. The market may be a bit nervous about how much it will end up costing but they're in a very strong position with more than one development option and dominant land position. I'm sure there's more to this than a bit of extra liquidity.
