Would appreciate your insight on the following:-

regarding the 477k buy up from management and earlier when management have accepted shares instead of salary. Isn’t it possible for management to easily resell these shares as an exemption, under a section 708A notice and therefore, management can “present” they are investing their money or accepting shares in lieu when in fact, they can issue a 708A notice and sell their shares back into the market!
