For me success is starting to meet the expectations set. For example rolling out 205 CC stores by June 30. Not 195, 200 or 202 - all 205 as stated would be achieved when the announcement was made.

Meeting CF+ by June 30 again an expectation stated and then rolled back to we are aiming for and on the way too, but the first time CF+ was raised in a webinar the words were the goal is CF+ by EoFY - meet the goals the company sets.

These are not he's telling porkies in my opinion, these are actually DO what you say you are going to do and if possible do it before the timeline you set.

Once this starts to occur, the numbers and the rest should take care of themselves but as long as passes are given for not quite meeting the companies own timelines.
