Decimal points aside, The question needs to be asked "why?"
Was some poor soul short of cash coming into the weekend? Or possibly a punter suffering from Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder needing to have an even number of the stock.
My guess is a bot manipulating the price. And so the real question is who owns the bot and who, if anyone, is instructing the bot owner and for what purpose.
Big questions.
