Yep, the registered office is now in Osborne Park. Also have an office in Sydney with nearly as many people located there as Perth. I haven't searched the share register to see where everyone is physically located, but I'd wager that there's likely to be as many holders in NSW as there is in WA. Please tell me how the AGM was not held at a reasonable time and place?? Or was it merely that it was inconvenient to you? I'm in WA too and I was not phased by the AGM being held in Sydney. In fact, in previous years they've held the AGM in Perth when the registered office was in Sydney... Did you complain then too?
