re: Ann: Private Placement to Raise $1.4m at ... It's good work. Not a lot of cash though for a 8% dilution I suppose. Taking their total to around 290 million I think. If they head up to 7 cents it would give them a market cap of over 20million $. With only 5mill in cash and buring pretty quick I would hope for some pretty good drill results, soon.
