The point is that with only 69 k traded today and only 875 k total sellers (CommSec) it is virtually impossible to buy 2 mill on the market. The soffs think that the high volume buy deserves a discount - I do not - I think they should pay a premium for the privilege, maybe 16c would be fair to all.
IMO this is an ASIC and ASX matter and the sooner they get on to it the better.
