The biggest mistake is thinking that the directors not selling shares is the cue not to sell yours, directors shares in a lot of companies are used to obscure the reason all other related parties are selling. Many of these spec companies are only set up to make , brokers, insiders, accountants, consultants rich at retails expense. Some of these go into receivership and the same parties swoop on the assets for cents in the dollar. If a stock has a falling sp then do not hang around for the fire brigade to come, no one will rescue you.
