With $8.5m in the bank this makes no sense whatsoever.
(why have they announced it before the deal is even done, they don't need to do that either!!)

The only way it can be even possibly understood is that they have access to distressed assets at heavily discounted values, justifying the very expensive equity. Which seems highly unlikely.

If there is an announcement tomorrow about an exciting purchase I might forgive them, but a big question market over managment now and especially their capital management skills.
