Emerging West Australian nickel company St George Mining Limited (ASX: SGQ) (‘St George Mining’ or ‘theCompany’) is pleased to advise that the new Private Series options offered under the Bonus Issue Prospectus dated 5 February 2018 have been issued to eligible shareholders.
A Holding Statement will be mailed to eligible shareholders this week to confirm their allocation of these new options. The Private Series options are unlisted and will expire on 23 April 2018 St George’s Day 2018. TheCompany will contact option holders in advance of this expiry date to outline the alternative courses of action available.
