securities to any of the following persons without the approval of the holders of its ordinary securities.
10.11.1 A related party.
10.11.2 A person whose relationship with the entity or a related party is, in ASX’s opinion, such that.
approval should be obtained.

Where the listed entity is a body corporate, its related parties include:
