I wonder if the placement is still governed by an ASX approved window of permissible buying i.e. what would normally relate to a director buying on market?

Regardless, i can't see this as anything other than being a very bullish signal. Taking a position now in this a a result. Obviously, if this does get funded, the upside will be very large.
