i would think there will be a combination of a more complex deal rather than a straight equity deal or even half given current equity price 0.06.
imo, to sell that 30% project is more attractive rather than funding 1/2 of that 30% with equity with current 0.06 price.
the above research use 14 cents, discount rate 3.6%, WACC 8.53%. i think the landscape has changed hence a more complex deal need to be taken.
i would think there will be a combination of a more complex deal...
