MTN is totally different company with different management.
I am sorry but the point above has little insight on company.
From realistic point of view, all need to be done are there and the final part is financing.
also from my own homework and understanding on potential earning, the current share count is totally acceptable. (tbh i price in more shares count)
even at 30 cents per share, there are still 5x that one can gain.
There are delay 1/2 year and it still good i think.
