that's good to hear.
i priced in 200m additional shares to be exact. i really hope they got a deal at least similar to Daelim or even better.
i think the management know what they do, it is not like they can't issue more shares to Daelim in the first place.
if they issue shares more than Daelim then it will put Daelim at disadvantage.
CNE is different because they join in the very early stage of the company.
