I am not that worried about whether or not they can reach a deal but what kind of deal. Quite confident that they definitely reach a deal for sure.
Regarding SP, i think this is mainly liquidity issue, and people interpret this drop as a no confidence in management and forget on how things have progressing well during the past few years. not to mention that directors had invested > 25 million personally.
