My wife and I had have noticed in the past week that when we signed the sell contract on our house we had undersold in a big way. The local market has rocketed in the past month or so while I've been busy finishing off the house. Now the fools are pulling out of the contract because some termites were found under a plank of wood at the back of the yard, even though the house was perimeter treated a few months ago. We're going to be a little tighter on cash for a while, but I think this is for the best.
