Which is what I told you this morning @lakota6. Price was 7 cents. It was how it had to be structured for the placement. No one got 8.5 and no one got 4.2, we all received 7 cents share. One part of your post states "I made a few phone calls today and I still stand by my posts that shares were issued at 4.267 cents ." and the next paragraph states the opposite. "No-one got 4.267 cent shares by themselves."
Just to comment on substantial holdings, I wouldn't read too much into that. I have 4 different accounts I use and you would find most would have multiple accounts to split shares into, depending on their purpose. There is no benefit to being in the top 20, so we will never know if or who bought, sold or hold in the CR if they hold shares across multiple accounts
