    So to be clear, are you claiming that this Director is corrupt and is using the grant money for personal gain rather than committing it to the intended purpose? That’s a big call and could be viewed as defamation. It might also be against the TOU’s for this website. Perhaps you can substantiate this with some evidence to avoid any conflict? Not having a go at you here, I just want to be clear about what you are claiming.
