The thing about this MoU is GEV is footing the bill and it is non-binding on Province.
Province has no skin in the game of what is basically a GEV feasibility study. Getting probable H2 producer Province to sign a meaningless MoU is a bit dodgy to my mind, and anyone who bought GEV on the back of it obviously did not follow the story too closely.
GEV has a great idea but is at long odds to bring it to fruition, IMO.
