So as I understand things, we have just sold a company currently yielding 6.3% and a RoE greater than 12% (3 yr av 19%). Meanwhile Perenti has 0.0% yield and 7% RoE (3 yr av 1.4%). I'm obviously missing something here not being caught up in the euphoria of having a new owner....
