Parenti are very good and experienced operators. They were called Ausdrill (drilling) and merged with Barminco (mining contractors who I had private equity in) that also had an enviable reputation.
They need the project too at present so will be sharply priced. Can't be happier. Management's experience/ expertise showing here.
BTW I think Perenti are undervalued ATM if your into the "selling picks and shovels to the miners" strategy.
