IMVHO. Bot's is a very well managed country. Probably the best in Africa. The government has a surfeit of funds that they use to improve the lives of most of their people. There is still a bit of a problem with displaced bushmen but that is pretty much a collision of an ancient society with modernity, a bit like the roots of the problem for aboriginals in Australia. If that problem occurs I'm pretty sure they'll ameliorate it (the rest of Africa especially SA with a well developed mining history are desperate for jobs).
