Can't see anyone participating cause there is no promising business associated with it, they claim so much but haven't delivered anything, furthermore if you wanted to buy, it will probably be cheaper on market in next 3 weeks.
TBH, I was expecting the next CR at 0.002 not 0.004 cause they got $10m cash and have no reason to raise now. They still didn't address the dividend income during transition
