My concern is the amount of $ will need to be raised and the number of new shares that will be issued (subsequent to the current raise), to facilitate any advance in exploration and meaningful value adding to the company.
Even if one is willing to participate in the current CR, will one also be willing to participate in what are likely to be a number of additional raises over the next few years. Capital raises will need to continue until the company is generating revenue. The other option is for the company to take on debt, but with little or nothing in the way of assets as collateral, that is unlikely.
All that being said, I genuinely do hope the company can be successful in returning value to its shareholders. The BOD do have incentive, as some of them, along with us, have also suffered a large reduction in the value of their investment.
