I wonder why they place $112,000 to an investor under the 15% rule but will not accept the over subscribed amount? I wonder who the investor is (probably a trader looking at an easy 10%). Is it one of the directors who said they were willing to stump up if there was shortfall? Guess we will see if its on the directors notice.

I think that they took the up all the shortfall, and applications for overs will receive about 30% of their applications
