    That shortfall was to be expected in my view with tanking share price and no news getting out about the PFS.
    However the lower share price putting existing holders off taking up the offer provides a lot more of the company to those in the top 20 that take up the shortfall.

    I recon all the shortfall has be taken up, this announcement is listing rules paper work and we will find out soon on the shortfall take up.
