OMG this is getting beyond a joke! Smacks of desperation.....
Would have been good to see more detail on the "cost cutting" that they have planned... as I am not sure I want to provide more cash simply to keep paying exec level salaries for a few more months before the end....
Also the release does not indicate how long the "runway" is this offer would provide? I also note that ~$200k is to be used for "Repayment of related party loan"...... I'd like to know more about that? And why does shareholder capital have to be used to pay that loan back now?
