Ann: Pro rata rights issue, page-25

OMG... so many whingers on here... this is a rights issue as @chakay has tries to clearly express.. as such all shareholder get the right to purchase shares at 5c. Meaning we all benefit from cost averaging down at the current price. If the share price was 7c, then what would have occured was a select few who held options would have only been given the right to buy at 6c, they would have then exercised their rights and then attempted to sell on market above 6. This is equally fair to all shareholders... even fairer than an SPP as it is based on what each person holds

I am very glad the consolidatio has bene put on hold.
