the CR is for all shareholders not one of their mates, big tick there. I cld pick up 350k shares for myself from this deal.

They mention that both plant-based meat operations and cosmetics will be profitable this year.
They needed extra funds for operations and clearly outline what its for.. this CR has been done to the best of shareholders interest. If they were to do anything above 5c it would be hard to reach the desired amount.
At least after this, every future cost we thought has now been covered.
Im expecting the consolidation to have a greater ratio when re-announced again after the issue of the pro rata shares.
As stated by others, obviously no one wants a CR but it was done to cover everything we expected and it was offered to all current shareholders too.
You can't say youre missing out.
Looking forward to the projections and deals soon to be announced imo. GLTAH.
