This rights issue will raise 8.4 mil. Enough to really kick JAT off. And non holders wont be eligible. The usual sophisticated investors are not the only ones who can get this deal. JAT is not raising to fund losses. Its raising to fund growth. A lot different to what most penny stocks do.
