    I think you have me mixed up with Adam and have incorporated some of my comments with his?

    They have raised many times. Mainly via placements to wholesale investors. They have accumulated carried forward losses of $38.5 million, to lose it you have to have once had it. And the placements kept the company going once they chewed through the initial capital from the raise.
