Is this raise in addition to the loan or to replace it?
The explanation for the loan was that it was for unforesee potential cashflow issues and now we see there are clear foreseen planned expenses.
Does the demand warrant this expenditure? If so, what are the projected sales?
When i bought into this company the flow of information was much better than it is currently.
