They have had to consistently raisie Bill, they have never been profitable of cash flow positive and therefore have needed to raise to keep going. Throw if the good old tax payer with the rebates and its a absorbed a lot of cash which is kind of represented by the carried forward losses.
But this is what happens to most small caps as you well know. No point getting upset, we invest based on our own decisions and have to accept the results, good or bad.
