MEC Resources Ltd refers to the Pro Rata Non Renounceable Rights Issue announced on 9 April 2019.
The Board would like to remind all shareholders who have not completed an application form that the offerwill close at 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 10 May 2019.
Accordingly, shareholders are encouraged to submit their Acceptance Form for the Non-RenounceableOffer as soon as possible to ensure that their applications are included.
