Any shareholder who thinks that what dav is tying to do by canceling performance shares is not cricket .... please complain to ASIC immidately so that it forces pwn to vote about getting rid of a major asset.
How can dav get 75% if pwn own 26% as stated in the article and shareholders of pwn vote to say no.
Just fill in form and say pwn could be potentially losing 50 million dollars and it is a major pwn asset and must be voted on by shareholders.
