Wainui just did what I did with the stock AVB. I held it for at least 8 years, possibly 10 years. They went from discovery to actually building a copper/gold mine and were producing. The crappy stock share price was sh*te - half the price I averaged even after they were producing! The price projections were at least 4x to 5x the current SP at the time. I felt irritated but so relieved when I finally sold out! I watched the share price do nothing for the next 18 months. I kept reading Hot Copper posts on the AVB forum from time to time and felt so sorry for those poor wingers still holding. That was until the day when OZ Minerals announced a take over bid at more than double the SP, and that's what the share price did when they came out of a trading halt! It wasn't a great outcome for Share holders but it would have more than paid for my total investment. Was I shocked and p!ssed off but it did explain the Share price Suppression for all those years. Sound familiar???
