Same I've complained in respect of preferential treatment eg Westpac + squaring on ASX the burden to prove that any issues it discovers in ISX are not present or have not been present at any time in any other stocks currently active. I'm not saying they should get off if there is an unresolved/unresolvable issue but ASX has a duty to approach these types of things sensibly and equitably.
