Does anyone know how much is needed to finish building the plant ?
Was $3M to $5M from memory after the construction costs blew out for BCD back in December last year and they could not secure the funding to complete it.
My reading is that Malachite will utilize a secured lending facility with MKS for this funding. I wonder what will be put up as security, what the interest rate will be and when MAR will need to start making principle or interest payments to MKS ?
I guess the Board will disclose this information in due course.
