I read to many anns this week.
From memory and please correct me if wrong but
Wasn't loan payed off in less than 3 years.
It a great deal for the company, it usally takes years of prospecting
Just to find a site worth of exploration.
But picking one up 85% complete just pay the bills and its yours!!
I reackon its a bargain surly!!
