Yes Shane, so if BCD own the structure, and MAR are going to borrow funds from MKS (who as you point our are the same owner, or atleast have common chairman / director), the question is how will MKS make sure MAR pay the funds back ? They would normally take security over assets to do this. So back to your point, if MAR don't own the structures, then what do they have to put up as security for the loans ?
